Session Two - October 14th through December 7th with a Thanksgiving make-up day on December 11th.
This is a more challenging class designed for those with some established wheel-throwing experience. In this session, intermediate students will make serveware - perfect for the upcoming holiday season. We’ll make a serving platter with surface design, serving bowls, a gravy bowl or pitcher, and a three-tiered appetizer tray.
We suggest intermediate students take at least two beginner wheel sessions before joining us for this class or be confident in centering and pulling at least 3lbs of clay with little direction.
Students will be given 25lbs of clay and studio glazes for use. Open studio hours will be available for continued practice throughout the session.
